Here's a list of questions people have asked about We Card’s online training.
Q: Should we be concerned about the pop-up warning message Trainees see when they try to begin the training?
A:
When the training starts, the course needs to open in a new window. Some browsers may generate a pop-up warning about this. If it happens, let the browser open the window -- it's needed to display all the interactive features included in the training!
Q: I'm an administrator, how do I change name and address information in My Account?
A:
We’ll be glad to make those changes for you. Send us an email at TrainingPartnersSupport@wecard.org.
Q: I'm an administrator, what if I want to do the training myself?
A:
Just register yourself as you would any other Trainee, just be sure to create a unique username for yourself. If you use a new email address, you'll get a confirming email including the password you submitted.
Q: I've forgotten my password. How do I get a new one?
A:
For Administrators: On the Login page, in the yellow Hint box, click “here” to reset, enter your email, click Submit, and a new email will explain next steps.

For Trainees: Contact your training administrator at your company. They should have access to your username and password.
